12,000 fans were wowed by Britney Spears at her Wembley Arena Hotel Onyx Tour on Monday night. The crowd roared with appreciation as Ms Spears took to the stage wearing a skin tight black cat suit and performed her latest single Toxic.

Britney Spears has taken a leaf out of Madonna's book for reinventing herself. It seems the singer has adopted a new platinum blonde look reminiscent of movie stars of the 1940s for her Onyx Hotel Tour. Her hair is white blonde whilst the lips and nails are a vampish scarlet - WOW!

Mega star Madonna took her family to a Kabbalah festival recently in Los Angeles and was seen taking part in some of the activities with husband Guy Richie and their children. During the day the pop diva had a go at trampolining whilst strapped into a harness. The branch of Judaism has attracted many celebrity followers including Britney Spears.

| Rock in Rio festival 2004 |

The Sugababes and Britney Spears are just 2 of the international pop names who will appear in this year's Rock in Rio Festival in Portugal. The Rock in Rio experience first came to being in 1985 and in more recent years has had a role in enhancing the lives of deprived children in Brazil by giving some of its revenue to this worthy cause. The event in Portugal will take place at the Bela Vista Park between May 28th to June 6th.

| Britney's UK tour adds dates |

The UK leg of Britney Spears' Onyx Hotel Tour 2004 has had 3 dates added as well as extra seating at some venues due to the massive demand. The tour starts on April 27th at Wembley Arena and an additional show in Glasgow has been arranged for the 29th April. London shows on May 3rd and 4th have already sold out.

Britney Spears has begun her US tour this week in San Diego. Featuring songs from her last album In The Zone with some re-mixes of old favourites like One More Time, 25 dates have been arranged ending in New York on April 12th.

Beyonce, Britney and Pink were at the National Gallery in London for the launch of the latest epic Pepsi commercial. The advertisement was filmed in Rome and Beyonce was keen to see some of Michelangelo's work on show there after seeing the Sistine Chapel. The commercial features the stars as gladiators in a Roman ampitheatre getting the better of emporer Enrique Iglesias.

The Las Vegas marriage of Britney Spears and Jason Alexander must go down as the shortest one in celebrity history. An annulment has been passed and both parties are happy with this, and are reported to have sat down to dinner together before parting company. The marriage was a spur of the moment thing after the childhood friends had been partying together that evening. The annulment came just 2 days and seven hours after the couple got wed, and effectively means that they were never married. The petition read "Before entering into the marriage the plaintiff and defendant did not know each other’s likes and dislikes, each other’s desires to have or not have children, and each other’s desires as to state of residency. Upon learning of each other’s desires, they are so incompatible that there was a want of understanding of each other’s actions in entering into this marriage".

Britney Spears married Jason Alexander, a childhood friend, in Las Vegas at the weekend. It is understood that it was totally unplanned as no members of either family were there and the couple appeared at the Little White Chapel without having bought a marriage licence. Britney is rumoured to be trying to get an annulment as soon as possible.

The car was used to film the Me Against The Music video and had only clocked up 9 miles before going to auction with Britney's signature on the bonnet. Despite 130,000 hits on the eBay page only 6 bids were received in total.

Readers said that they admired her independant spirit and strong personality. They also said that Christina was open and truthful and inspired young girls to acheive thier goals in life. UK comediennes Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders paid their own special tribute to Pop Babes Britney Spears and Madonna in their Christmas Special TV show. They presented their version of Britney's In The Zone video where the ladies come close to reprising that controversial kiss, except that Madonna, played by Jennifer Saunders looked petrified at the prospect of a "French" kiss.
